One price
Every image astra makes costs the store ₹30, whether it is a test of one of your designs or a picture of a customer in it. Signing up, adding staff and every screen of the app are free. There is no free trial and no monthly fee.

The wallet
- The owner recharges through Razorpay from the app: UPI, cards, net banking and wallets as Razorpay offers them. Money is added only after Razorpay confirms the payment.
- A PDF receipt for every purchase and a ledger of every rupee in and out are in the owner's app.
- Money in the wallet never expires. A price change is announced in the app before it applies, and money already in the wallet keeps its value.
- astra refunds only its own failures, automatically, to the wallet. The cancellation and refunds page says exactly when.
- Deleting the store forfeits the remaining balance after a 7-day grace period. Receipts and the ledger are kept, without names, for the period the accounting rules require.
