Accepting these terms

A store owner accepts these terms once, by creating a store in the TryOnAstra app. This happens before the store's first recharge or first picture.

What we sell

Two things, sold separately. A store can take either or both:

• AI try-on, per picture. Your staff take a customer's photo in your store and pick dresses, and she sees herself wearing them.
• Your store's own website, per month. A showroom of your dresses, made from the dresses already in the app. It has no cart and takes no online payment.

Coins

• Your store pays in coins. 1 coin = ₹10. One wallet pays for try-on and the website.
• Only the store owner recharges, through Razorpay, our payment partner: at least ₹100 and at most ₹3,000 at a time.
• There is no free trial. Your store pays from its first picture.
• Coins last 12 months after your last recharge. Any recharge renews the whole balance for another 12 months. Your app warns you 30 days and 7 days before they end.
• Apart from a mistaken recharge (see the Cancellation and refunds page), coins never turn back into money, and never move to another store.
• A store with no coins and no use for 12 months is closed, after a warning.

Prices

Our prices are on the Pricing page. A price change is announced a month before it starts. The first 100 stores keep their website plan's price for 6 months from the day each joins. Try-on prices are not locked.

When coins are spent

Coins are spent when a look reaches the staff phone. A look the staff reject is still paid. When our system fails, the coins come back by themselves (see Cancellation and refunds).

Customer photos

Your staff take a customer's photo only to make her looks. Her photo is deleted 60 seconds after her visit ends. Customer photos and looks never appear on your website. See our Privacy policy.

The website fee

• The fee comes from your coins by itself on each fee date.
• Basic: the first month is free, counted from the day you publish. A month in which your customer looks come to 150 coins or more is free too.
• Premium: the fee is taken every month, from the day you publish.
• Short of coins on a fee date? You get 7 more days to recharge. Then your website pauses, with nothing deleted, and a recharge brings it back as it was.
• A fee left unpaid for its whole month is dropped. Your website then stays paused until you publish again.

Stopping your website

"Stop my website" ends it after the month you paid for: that month runs to its date, then no more fees are taken. "Publish again" brings it back as it was, with the fee taken that day.

Complaints about a website

After a complaint, we may pause your website or take down one of its pictures. While it is paused, its fee runs as usual, and "Stop my website" still works. If we take your whole website down, its fee ends that day.

Closing your store

To close your store, tap "Close the store" in your app's Settings, and we close it. After that, try-on and your website stop, and no coins are paid out. On Premium, you get the code to move your own address to another company. Your customers' kept looks stay in their My looks.

GST

Prices don't include GST. Once TryOnAstra registers for GST, it may be added.
