Cancellation and refunds
When your coins come back, when your money comes back, and how to stop your website.

In short
- When our system fails, your coins come back by themselves.
- A recharge made by mistake: ask within 7 days, while none of its coins are used, and you get it all back.
- Otherwise coins are never turned back into money.
- A paid website month is not refunded. It runs to its date.
When our system fails, you get your coins back
Your store pays in coins (1 coin = ₹10). Our failures cost us, not you. Your coins come back by themselves when:
- Google's AI makes no picture;
- nothing arrives within 10 minutes;
- a women's test picture fails our check twice. It still arrives, with its coins already back. If you choose "Use it anyway", the coins are taken again.
A women's look that fails our check is made again once, at our cost. If that fails too, nothing is charged.
Coins are spent when a look reaches the staff phone. So a look that reaches it and is then rejected is still paid.
Paid twice for one recharge
If one recharge is paid twice (for example, in two UPI apps), the second payment goes back to you by itself, in full. No coins are added for it.
A recharge made by mistake
Paid the wrong amount, or made the same recharge twice by mistake? You get the money back in full, if you ask within 7 days and none of that recharge's coins were used. Tap "Ask for a refund" on that recharge in your Wallet history. Its coins come off your wallet.
After 7 days, or once its coins are used, it can't be refunded.
How a refund reaches you
Razorpay, our payment partner, sends the money back to the same account you paid from, for example the same UPI. It takes 7 to 10 working days.
Coins never turn back into money
Apart from the cases above, coins never turn back into money. This is also true when a store closes. Coins stay with the store they were bought for, and never move to another store. Coins we gift you are never refunded in money.
Your website
A website month you have paid for is not refunded. It runs to its date.
To stop your website, tap "Stop my website". The month you paid for runs to its date, then no more fees are taken. "Publish again" brings it back as it was, with the fee taken that day.
If you move from Basic to Premium, the days left on Basic are not given back.
